According to the present invention, a Rogowski coil is intermittently provided with bobbin elements along a longitudinal direction on a band-shaped support member having a flexible material, and having a winding coil wound along an outer side surface of the bobbin elements. Particularly, ratios of turns of the winding coils wound on each bobbin element are not the same and are differently configured.
