A method for providing a cost-heartfelt satisfaction evaluation service according to contextual emotional conversion of a user of a mobile communication terminal by using the mobile communication terminal and a server comprises: a step in which the server infers a first contextual emotion information of the user by using first context information and a first sentence written by the mobile communication terminal of the user; a step in which the server transmits information on any one with a first price between products and services to the mobile communication terminal according to the inferred first contextual emotion information; a step in which the server infers second contextual emotion information of the user by using the first context information and a second sentence written by the mobile communication terminal; and a step in which the server evaluates the first price as a first value indicating emotional satisfaction and draws the first value for the first price as the cost-heartfelt satisfaction by using the inferred first contextual emotion information and the inferred second contextual emotion information. Thus, the present invention can promote interests and convenience of consumers and suppliers.
