The present invention relates to a method and service for designing a portfolio by using learning analysis data based on a mobile terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for providing a learning portfolio comprises: a memory for storing curriculum information and educational content information; a mobile terminal for providing learning to a user by using the curriculum information and the educational content information; a wireless communication unit for receiving feedback information of the user related to the learning from the mobile terminal; and a control unit for generating analysis data by using the curriculum information, the educational content information and the feedback information. The control unit determines the learning guide information specific to the user by using the analysis data, and controls the wireless communication unit to transmit the determined learning guide information to the mobile terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
