KALE FERMENTED BEVERAGE PRODUCT CONTAINING KALE VINEGAR HAVING EFFECT OF IMPROVING LIPID METABOLISM AND ANTI-OBESITY EFFECT, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION THEREOF, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING KALE FERMENTED BEVERAGE PRODUCT
The present invention relates to a kale fermented beverage product containing kale vinegar having an effect of improving lipid metabolism and an anti-obesity effect, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and a method for preparing the kale fermented beverage product and, more specifically, to a kale fermented beverage product which includes kale vinegar, kale, and apples and has an effect of improving lipid metabolism and an anti-obesity effect, a pharmaceutical composition which includes the kale fermented beverage product and is suitable to prevent or treat lipid metabolism disorders, and a method for preparing the kale fermented beverage product. The method for preparing the kale fermented beverage product comprises: a step (a) of preparing kale and apple-mixed juice by mixing kale with apples; a step (b) of preparing kale vinegar; and a step (c) of mixing the prepared kale and apple-mixed juice with the kale vinegar. The kale vinegar and the kale fermented beverage product prepared according the present invention may exhibit excellent antimicrobial effects, have an extended storage period as a food product, and exhibit an excellent effect of improving lipid metabolism and an anti-obesity effect, and thus, the kale vinegar and the kale fermented beverage product can be widely used in the food manufacturing industry or the pharmaceutical industry.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
