In accordance with one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the present invention may provide an extracorporeal therapy device comprising: a shockwave generation unit generating a shockwave and focusing the same to a focal area; and a shockwave transport unit arranged to be separable at the front surface of the shockwave generation unit and transporting the generated shockwave to the focal area. The shockwave transport unit comprises: a core unit made of a medium which is capable of easily transporting the shockwave; and an outer surface unit maintaining the core unit in a predetermined shape and accommodating the core unit inside.
