The present invention relates to an eco-friendly structure using an algae remover comprising barley straw, which comprises: a main body with a space part for accommodating a planting member; a buoyancy member in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the main body and supporting the main body to float in the water phase; a fixing member for fixing the main body and the buoyancy member; and an algae removal layer positioned on a lower portion of the main body and in contact with the water. A plurality of through holes is formed on a bottom surface of the space part in the main body and the algae removal layer.
