The present specification discloses a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating liver damage or non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by acetaminophen, containing plant extracts of Angelica gigas, Cnidium officinale, and Paeonia or fractions thereof. The composition, which is an aspect of the present invention, has effects of inhibiting the activity of aminotransferase, inhibiting the activity of aspartic acid amino group transferase, splitting triglycerides, inhibiting hepatic fibrosis, and increasing glutathione and catalase activity. Therefore, the composition can be used to improve the condition of damaged liver due to acetaminophen or nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
