The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing complex nanoparticles using fucoidan and complex nanoparticles manufactured from the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing complex nanoparticles using fucoidan and complex nanoparticles manufactured from the same, wherein the method comprises steps of: (a) conducting a reaction of a compound having fucoidan and a methacrylate group to manufacture methacrylated fucoidan; (b) acid-treating chitosan to prepare a cationized chitosan; and (c) blending the methacrylated fucoidan and the cationized chitosan to manufacture an ionic complex. The present invention can provide complex nanoparticles that can be used stably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and the like.
