The present invention relates to an intellectual property trade mediating system using intellectual property notification and, more specifically, to a system connected to intellectual property notification which is mandatorily opened. The intellectual property trade mediating system using intellectual property notification maps and registers an intention to provide intellectual property transactions such as transfer of intellectual property rights of a rightful person, licensing licenses or rights of use, and the like to intellectual property notification, and allows a reader who reads intellectual property official reports to check the intention to provide transactions of the registered intellectual property and register the intention to request transactions of the desired intellectual property so as to provide a mediating interface for intellectual property transactions between the rightful person and the reader, thereby contributing industry development through activation of intellectual property transactions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
