The present invention relates to a hypoallergenic human cleansing composition having excellent foaming power and stability and, more specifically, to a hypoallergenic human cleansing composition comprising any one or more selected from the group consisting of a glutamate-based anionic surfactant, an ampoacetate-based amphoteric surfactant and a nonionic surfactant. The skin cleansing composition of the present invention has excellent foaming power while having significantly low irritation to the skin and the eyes, and has excellent formulation stability even at high and low temperatures because the properties of the contents are maintained uniformly by increasing with a water-soluble thickener.
