The present invention relates to a kangaroo care system for safely caring for newborn babies on a kangaroo care mat comprising the same environment with mother′s arms. By using a silicone material that is almost same as the skin in parental and baby contact, the most important aspect of the kangaroo care system, a skin trouble problem in the baby′s skin contact can be solved in advance. A special sensory fiber is stimulated to send a pleasure signal to a brain when the skin is in contact with each other, and the signal is transferred to an insular cortex to secrete oxytocin, and thus the newborn babies can be in a stable and comfortable state. Moreover, a health condition of the newborn babies is detected to perform health examination during the kangaroo care, and a detection result is delivered to an examination center to perform the health examination when a health problem is doubted. An examination result is provided to newborn baby protectors to maintain health of the newborn babies while providing a kangaroo care effect. Moreover, kangaroo caring can be performed by enabling the newborn baby protector to wear the kangaroo care mat or taking off the kangaroo care mat if necessary. Therefore, user convenience can be secured.
