The present invention relates to a method for determining an optimal dialogue pattern to attain a goal at a predetermined time point during a dialogue session associated with a dialogue understanding artificial intelligence service system, a method for determining an estimated attainment probability, and a computer-readable recording medium thereof. More specifically, in order to attain a predetermined goal, provided is a method for determining an estimated attainment probability at a predetermined time point during a dialogue session between one of a plurality of user terminals and a dialogue understanding artificial intelligence (AI) service server on the dialogue understanding AI service server formed to process a natural language dialogue for each user terminal. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: receiving a natural language input from a user terminal at a predetermined time point; determining intent corresponding to the received natural language input; determining a dialogue history at the predetermined time point wherein the dialogue history represents a flow of intent generated between the user terminal and the dialogue understanding AI service server up to the predetermined time point in the dialogue session and includes the intent determined at the end of the flow of intent; determining one or more dialogue patterns including the dialogue history among the dialogue patterns based on the dialogue history and a template previously prepared for the dialogue understanding AI service server, wherein the template includes a plurality of dialogue patterns representing the flow of corresponding intent and has goal attainment success and failure counts for each dialogue pattern; and determining an estimated attainment probability at the predetermined time point based on the goal attainment success and fail counts corresponding to each of the determined one or more dialogue patterns.
