The present invention relates to a gene panel for personalized medical treatment, a method of configuring the same, and a personalized treatment method using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, a method of configuring a gene panel based on personal genomic sequence variation information detects mutations of genes related to intractable diseases including cancer and the like, so as to configure personalized treatment and a treatment model for the diseases in consideration of progression or change of cancer and the like in a patient.
