The present invention relates to a stereoscopic learning machine for 3,000 syllables of Korean, capable of easily learning 3,000 syllables of Korean, and a learning method using the same. The stereoscopic learning machine for 3,000 syllables of Korean of the present invention comprises: a learning machine body (10) having a plurality of medial plate guide rail grooves (17) continuously formed therein; a medial plate (30) fitted into the medial plate guide rail grooves (17) to be mounted; a plurality of final consonant plates (40) fitted into a final consonant fitting groove (31) of the medial plate (30) to be mounted; and a plurality of initial consonant plates (20) inserted through an upper opening (13) of the learning machine body (10).
