The present invention relates to an atmospheric fine dust collecting device, and a vehicle and an atmospheric fine dust collecting system including the same. The atmospheric fine dust collecting device of the present invention includes: a main body which has an inlet formed in a front side thereof and has an outlet formed in a rear side thereof; a backflow preventing pad which is formed in an inner front side of the main body, and in which vent holes are formed at regular intervals and an inner diameter size of the vent holes is gradually reduced from the front side of the vent holes to the rear side thereof; and a filter unit which is provided inside the main body in a state that the filter unit maintains a predetermined distance from the backflow preventing pad. According to the present invention, the atmospheric fine dust collecting device installed indoors and outdoors or in the vehicle not only can easily collect fine dust floating in the air within the main body, but also can greatly improve fine dust collection efficiency without concern that external air containing fine dust flown in the main body flows backward again in an outer direction of the main body. Further, the atmospheric fine dust collecting device not only can easily suck and collect fine dust stored inside the main body through a fine dust collection unit which may be installed at a highway entrance, a public vehicle waiting station, a public office, etc., but also can greatly contribute to job creation by recruiting workers who will collect fine dust with the fine dust collection unit. In addition, the atmospheric fine dust collecting device has effects of circulating the fine dust to the nature and enabling a portion of the fine dust to be produced into products such as a concrete pile and others by gathering collected fine dust at a recycling plant, and manufacturing a solid body with the fine dust as slag, i.e., a raw material of cement products.
