Disclosed are a wearable device for cardiac rehabilitation exercise and a cardiac rehabilitation exercise method using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the wearable device for cardiac rehabilitation exercise allows a patient to consistently monitor a heart rate of the patient through the wearable device so as to have an effect of enabling proper cardiac rehabilitation exercises regardless of locations.
