The present invention relates to a system for bioremediation and monitoring of nitrate contaminated groundwater, and more specifically, to a system for bioremediation and monitoring of nitrate contaminated groundwater, which reduces nitrate nitrogen by monitoring groundwater within a tube well disposed in a groundwater flow path and injecting a purifying agent remotely or automatically. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system includes: a tube well (10) which is formed in a hollow pipe shape having a plurality of perforated holes (11) formed in the outer surface thereof, and is disposed within the groundwater flow path of underground (3) such that groundwater (1) is flown in the tube well; a purification unit (20) which includes a table-shaped purifying agent (21) containing an organic carbon source provided as a biological denitrifying electron donor, and is injected into the tube well (10) to remove nitrate nitrogen in the groundwater (1); and a concentration measuring unit (30) which measures concentration of the organic carbon source released into groundwater (1) from the purifying agent (21).
