According to one aspect of the present invention, a system for evaluating depression and anxiety comprises: a user terminal configured to display a login screen, a questionnaire assessment screen, and an evaluation result screen for evaluating depression and anxiety; and a server transmitting data inputted through the questionnaire assessment screen to database (DB) and controlling a depression and anxiety evaluation result generated based on the inputted data to be displayed on the evaluation result screen. Based on the inputted data, a population number of questionnaire assessment items stored in the DB may be adjusted, the questionnaire assessment items may be updated, and a psychological test may be performed under an online platform.
