Real Estate Lease/rental Electronically Contracting Method

Disclosed is an electronic real estate lease contract method. The method includes the following steps of: converting a standard lease contract form into an electronic document and registering the document; receiving lessor information, lease house information and account information from a lessor terminal, and receiving hirer information and leased house information from a hirer terminal to register the information in a database of a lease management server; notifying the lessor terminal and the hirer terminal of the pre-registration of a lease contract with optimal lease contract information by matching the information received from the lessor terminal and the information received from the hirer terminal; and receiving corresponding electronic signatures of the standard lead contract from the lessor terminal and the hirer terminal, and executing online notarization on the signed standard lease contract to conclude the online lease contract. Therefore, since a standard lease contract is registered as an electronic document and electronic signing and online notarization for a final lease contract are performed on an electronic contract server, the lease contract procedure can be simplified.
