The present invention relates to a fall prevention unit and a refrigerator having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the refrigerator comprises: a main body provided with a storage chamber; a door configured to open and close the storage chamber and located in a lower portion of the main body; and a fall prevention unit located in the door to prevent the main body from falling forwards. The fall prevention unit comprises: a guide hole formed in the door to open a lower surface direction of the door and to have a predetermined length in a vertical direction; and a support unit provided in a block shape with a predetermined volume and located in the guide hole to be rotatable in the vertical direction.
