The present invention relates to a device for integrating and managing reference documents required for preparing a nuclear power plant procedure document and a device for presenting content of the reference document on the procedure by using the same and, more specifically, to an integrated management and procedure presentation device for the reference document, which provides timely and accurate information required for the test procedure such that a test run work of the nuclear power plant is able to be easily performed by integrating and managing reference documents on the test procedures for the nuclear power plant test run, thereby excluding reference documents duplicately made for preparing the test procedure for the nuclear power plant test run.
