The present invention provides a method for providing a physical activity measurement service using a preschooler physical activity competence evaluation index. The method for providing a physical activity measurement service using a preschooler physical activity competence evaluation index comprises the following steps: receiving measurement values corresponding to a plurality of measurement parameters, which are included in a base movement technique, a physical activity attitude, a physical activity amount and physical fitness for health of a subject, from a measurement device; comparing the received measurement values with a preschooler physical activity competence evaluation index which is mapped to the plurality of measurement parameters and is stored; determining which level the measurement values of the subject is included in based on a compared result, wherein the level constitutes the preschooler physical activity competence evaluation index; and transmitting the determined level of the subject with the preschooler physical activity competence evaluation index to the measurement device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
