PCR Method for Multiplex Analysis of Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani Using Real-time PCR

The present invention relates to a primer specific for Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani, which are representative causative pathogens causing root rots of ginseng; a real-time polymer chain reaction (PCR) kit including the primer; and a simultaneous and multiplex detection method of Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani using the kit. According to the present invention, a real-time PCR kit for simultaneous and multiplex detection of Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani, and the simultaneous and multiplex detection method of two causative pathogens of the root rots of ginseng using the real-time PCR kit provide excellent specificity, sensitivity, and detection speed, thereby being very useful for real-time monitoring for the causative pathogens of the root rots of ginseng in a soil of a ginseng cultivation field and for checking suitability for cultivation of ginseng.
