The present invention relates to an alternating current (AC) inverter welding machine easy to use and capable of improving welding quality by stable current output. According to the present invention, the AC inverter welding machine comprises: an uprightly installed frame; a lower arm installed on a middle position of the frame to protrude to a front side; an upper arm installed on the upper part of the frame to protrude to the front side; a lower electrode installed on the lower arm to be extended to a direct upper part and having a first welding tip mounted on an end; an upper electrode installed on the upper arm to be able to be vertically elevated by a cylinder and having a second welding tip mounted on an end; an elevating cylinder installed on the upper arm to vertically operate the upper electrode; a cooling device to lower the temperature of the welding tip; a content fixed and installed on one side of the frame; and a control panel installed on the frame to adjust current, voltage, time, and the like. Moreover, the control panel is installed in a shape of hung on a front side part of the frame to enable a worker, who stands in the front of the welding tip, to control the welding tip while viewing the same on a front surface, and the controller is installed on one side surface of the frame in order to be prevented from being touched by a worker′s arm.
