According to the present invention of an item classification code recommendation device for an import and export trade service, comprises: a data input unit for receiving two or more generic keywords from a user with respect to items subject to import and export; a data converting unit for converting each generic keyword inputted to an input unit into a corresponding one or more converting names; a data matching unit for extracting an item classification code matching in the converting name; a data analyzing unit for analyzing or filtering a plurality of item classification codes extracted from the data matching unit to determine priorities; and a data recommending unit for recommending one or more item classification codes in accordance with the priorities among a plurality of prioritized item classification codes from the data analyzing unit.
