The present invention relates to an integrated safety and management monitoring system for a tower crane. The system comprises a power supply unit for supplying power; a wind speed sensor, a wind direction sensor and a temperature/humidity sensor which measure the wind speed, the wind direction and the temperature and humidity of the tower crane work site, respectively; a GPS sensor for measuring the position of the tower crane; an elevation sensor for measuring an altitude of the tower crane; a tilt sensor for measuring a tilt of the tower crane; a motion sensor for detecting a motion of a driver of the tower crane; a display unit for informing the driver of a dangerous situation of the tower crane; a communication unit for transmitting information on the wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity, position, altitude, tilt and motion to the server; a controller for collecting and analyzing the information to perform a series of operations; a storage unit for storing information measured by the sensors, a danger alert received by the server, and a program for processing and controlling by the control unit; and a server for monitoring the weather condition of the work site, the position, altitude and tilt state of the tower crane, the work status of the driver by storing, managing and analyzing the information measured by the sensors.
