The present invention relates to a publishing management method using an online publishing platform system. According to this embodiment of the present invention, the publishing management method using the online publishing platform system includes multiple user devices, a publishing platform system server, and an administrator device. The publishing management method using the online publishing platform system includes: a step of transmitting content which is input to the publishing platform system server when the content is input by a writer by multiple user devices; a step in which the publishing platform system server generates a webpage capable of managing and checking a writing state corresponding to the content which is input by a predetermined number of stages and transmits the web page to the administrator device after calculating an activity index by combining a visit cycle of logging in the system by each writer, a visiting number, writing activity time, and the number of pages of a writing written by writing activity and after reflecting the calculated activity index to the webpage; a step in which the administrator device indicates the webpage and receives the input selecting the selection of the writer making a publishing contract based on the activity index included in the indicated webpage; a step of transmitting a message guiding a writing activity process to the user device of the writer selected; and a step of generating and selling the writing including the completed writing content when the writing is completed in accordance with the message in the guide.
