The present invention relates to a composite reinforcement method for aseismicity and anti-corrosion of a surface for a concrete structure, and more specifically, to a composite reinforcement method for aseismicity and anti-corrosion of a surface for a concrete structure which is improved so as to achieve a longer life span of concrete by preventing corrosion thereof. To this end, the composite reinforcement method for aseismicity and anti-corrosion of a surface for a concrete structure is easily constructed by being attached on the surface of a concrete structure such as a tunnel, a bridge, and a building, thereby protecting the surface of the concrete and preventing a coating from being peeled off by maintaining an alkali coating, while absorbing factors harmful to human bodies and the environment including volatile organic compounds in order to decompose and remove the same, thereby becoming more eco-friendly.
