Disclosed is a food safety and origin verification method by analyzing a sensor information between an EPCIS history event. According to an embodiment, a safety verification method comprises: a step of receiving from a service requesting vendor a request for safety verification related to identification information on an object; a step of acquiring history information related to the object in accordance with an address information of an EPCIS corresponding to the identification information on the object received from a storage search component; a step of determining safety of the object on the basis of a history information associated with the object; and a step of providing a service requesting entity with a safety determining information of the object upon determining the safety of the object as a result of the safety verification.
