The present invention relates to an air purifier installed on one or more walls in indoor and outdoor environments. The air purifier includes: a bio-filter which filters harmful substances in the air with plants and is installed to be spaced apart from the walls to form paths in the space there-between through brackets; a duct which has an end connected to the bio-filter and has the other end arranged in a specific space or connected to an air conditioner to guide airflow to discharge the air in the front of the bio-filter to the other end; and a finishing material which is arranged on one or more surfaces between the edges of the bio-filter and the walls in a sealed manner to prevent the air without the harmful substances from being discharged to the outside. The bio-filter has plants planted on one or more front surfaces exposed to the outside to filter harmful substances and supply the air to the duct through the flow path. The air purifier is installed on the indoor or outdoor walls of a building, uses the plant-based bio-filter to filter harmful substances in the air drawn into a room or circulated in the room to filter the harmful substances therefrom, and improves the indoor air purity degree by using the plant-based air purification operation. More specifically, the air purifier can create vegetation areas on the walls to enhance the appearance of the building and improve the value thereof.
