Primer Set for Identifying Maternal origin of Ilex x wandoensis and Uses Thereof

The present invention relates to a primer set for identifying mother line of ilex x wandoensis and use thereof. According to the present invention, only by differences in length of a PCR product, the mother tree of ilex x wandoensis can be easily identified from ilex, which is genetically identical to the ilex x wandoensis. In addition, the primer set can more accurately identify the mother tree than the existing methods so that the primer set can be used for breed protection and resolution for seed conflict.
