The present invention provides a system for integrating an OLGA simulator and a HYSYS simulator using an OPC link and a method thereof. Specifically, the OPC link unifies a time step for calculating the OLGA simulator and the HYSYS simulator, makes each simulator carry out the calculation, and reduces errors due to a difference between the OLGA simulator and the HYSYS simulator not only by ending the calculations in a targeted time but also by choosing passing variables. The system comprises an OPC link, a database, an input unit, a display unit, a logging module, an OLGA monitoring graphic interface, and a result monitoring module.
