Disclosed is an impact point estimating system for a TDoA-based rifle. The impact point estimating system for a TDoA-based rifle according to the present invention includes: a shooting target (50) which is a standard of an impact point; a data collecting unit (52) consisting of a microphone array which is mounted at a lower end portion of the shooting target (50) and has two groups of microphone sensors that are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval and are installed to be coplanar, and a digitizer having a power source unit for acquiring a shell shock wave signal; a TDoA measuring unit (54) for measuring a time difference of arrival (TDoA) between the microphone sensors; and an arithmetic unit (56) for estimating an impact point based on the TDoA between the microphone sensors measured by the TDoA measuring unit (54).
