A gas-liquid mass transfer system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a reaction chamber having a reaction space filled with a liquid culture medium; a space separation membrane disposed in the reaction space and dividing the reaction space into a plurality of spaces; and a gas supply unit disposed in at least one of the reaction spaces and supplying a gas to the reaction space. The gas-liquid mass transfer system of the present invention is capable of enhancing a mass transfer rate without physical agitation.
