Disclosed are a modifying additive for asphalt concrete, and a modified asphalt concrete composition and an asphalt concrete composition including low noise and having drainage properties including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the modifying additive for asphalt concrete comprises: 40 to 60 wt% of a styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) block copolymer; 15 to 25 wt% of process oil; 10 to 30 wt% of an organic polymer; 1 to 6 wt% of phthalate; 1 to 5 wt% of natural aspha 1 to 5 wt% of latex; 0.1 to 3 wt% of sulfur (S); 0.5 to 2 wt% of a plasticizer; 0.5 to 2 wt% of aromatic phosphate; and 0.1 to 3 wt% of calcium carbonate (CaCO_3). The modifying additive for asphalt concrete according to one embodiment of the present invention has excellent resistance for deformation at a high temperature and crack at a low temperature, is capable of maximizing a bonding force between aggregates, and has excellent elasticity, thereby being used for modified asphalt concrete with high durability requiring a long term lifetime and for modified asphalt concrete inducing low noise and having drainage properties, which has a porosity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
