The present invention relates to a residential photovoltaic power generation control device considering an electricity charge progressive stage system which compares estimated power usage of a current month and an estimated photovoltaic power generation amount of the current month, stores the photovoltaic power generation amount in a battery under as long as a usage of power used and supplied from the outside does not exceed an electric charge progressive system grade and uses the stored power in a next month to automatically control a residential electricity charge of the next month to be lowered under the electric charge progressive system grade. The residential photovoltaic power generation control device comprises a bidirectional power amount system, a weather information receiving unit, a photovoltaic power generation unit, a battery unit and an energy management control unit.
