The present invention relates to a structure for preventing freezing of blow-by gas of an intake manifold, which can prevent blow-by gas introduced into an intake manifold from being frozen even in cold weathers, comprising: a PCV flow path into which blow-by gas is introduced; an insulation member of which one end and the other end communicate with each other, and which is inserted into the PCV flow path; and a PCV nipple of which one end and the other end communicate with each other, and which is inserted into the insulation member so as to guide the blow-by gas. Here, an outer circumference of the insulation member touches an inner circumference of the PCV flow path, and an inner circumference thereof touches an outer circumference of the PCV nipple so as to surround the outer circumference of the PCV nipple.
