The present invention relates to a post heat treatment method to manufacture granule Mn_2CuO_4 spinel powder for plasma spray coating on a solid oxide fuel cell metal bipolar plate and, more specifically, to a method for forming a solid oxide fuel cell metal bipolar plate coating layer, which, in order to manufacture synthesized Mn_2CuO_4 spinal powder in a granule shape, comprises a step of inserting synthesized Mn_2CuO_4 spinal powder into a spray dryer in a slurry shape to spray dry the powder and then performing a heat treatment process. Moreover, a temperature condition of a post heat treatment process can be optimized to secure improved stability at a high temperature oxidation atmosphere compared to a coating layer before being heat treated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
