The present invention relates to a method of correlation analysis and visualization of Hadoop-based machine tool environment data, which comprises the steps of: a first step of collecting sensing data through a data collector in real time; a second step of transmitting a file of the sensing data to an HDFS; a third step of storing environment data in the HDFS as one file; a fourth step of storing the sensing data in a local file system after calculating a correlation value; and a fifth step of displaying user visualization data to a client in a picture or a graph. Therefore, a smart factory can be realized on a machine tool without having separate servers or expensive analytical systems in the industry.
