The present invention relates to an estimation method for annual and monthly energy consumption by an energy purpose in a non-residential building, using public data and multiple regression analysis on a building. A variable used for the multiple regression analysis includes energy section factor related to energy consumption in the non-residential building. The variable used for the multiple regression analysis includes one or more among: an architecture section influence factor related to a structure and construction of the non-residential building; a facility section influence factor related to air conditioning equipment installed in the non-residential building; a usage section influence factor related to usage for a resident of the non-residential building; and a climate section influence factor related to a climate of an area in which the non-residential building is positioned.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
