The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a customized rubber hose for automobile parts. The present invention comprises: a preparation step (S10) of preparing a rubber tube (11) and a rubber sheet (15) of a set size and mounting a mandrel (10) having a set outer diameter to a molding machine; a pretreatment step (S20) of applying a release agent (20) to the outer surface of the mandrel (10), and inserting the mandrel (10) into the prepared rubber tube (11); a molding step (S30) of winding the rubber sheet (15) on the outer surface of the rubber tube (11), and winding tape (30) on the outer surface of the rubber sheet (15); and a post-treatment step (S40) of removing the tape (30) wound around the rubber sheet (15), and releasing the mandrel (10) inserted into the rubber tube (11) to complete a rubber hose (40). Accordingly, in the present invention, since an inner cover which determines the quality of the rubber hose is prepared in a tubular shape having no joint, and the prepared rubber tube is inserted into the mandrel, thereby omitting taping work for press forming. Therefore, the present invention improves productivity and quality, and saves consumed tapes.
