Provided are a composition comprising a set of primers composed of base sequences of Seq. ID no.: 1 to 8 for diagnosing an acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) and a method for diagnosing an AHPND, which comprises a step of: performing loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) PCR by using a set of primers composed of base sequences of Seq. ID no.: 1 to 8. According to the present invention, through an LAMP PCR method, toxic plasmid Pir A and Pir B of shrimp EMS/AHPND can be diagnosed, thereby enabling a user to identify whether the population is infected or not in advance with high sensitivity and take countermeasures against the disease.
