The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based meditation assist system with an artwork displayed in background. The meditation assist system according to the present invention comprises a storage unit for storing meditation contents; a speaker for outputting the sound and voice of the meditation contents; a display unit for outputting an image of the meditation contents; a user information collecting unit for collecting user information; and a control unit that receives user commands based on artificial intelligence and controls operations of the meditation assist system in accordance with the user commands.
