The present invention relates to a military equipment failure prediction system for predicting a failure of military equipment. The military equipment failure prediction system comprises: a data collection unit for collecting maintenance data for each of a plurality of parts of the military equipment; a structured data preprocessing unit for analyzing structured data in the maintenance data to derive predictive variables necessary for prediction; an unstructured data preprocessing unit for converting unstructured data of the maintenance data into structured data to derive predictive variables necessary for prediction; a machine learning unit for updating a failure prediction model of the military equipment through machine learning by using at least one of the maintenance data and the predictive variables; a model optimization unit for optimizing a model parameter of a machine learning algorithm through a model optimization technique; and a failure prediction unit for predicting a failure of the military equipment based on the failure prediction model. Thus, a prediction rate of the military equipment prediction model is increased.
