The present invention relates to a single stranded DNA plasmid that specifically binds to an environmental hormone, nonylphenol ethoxylate, and uses thereof. The single stranded DNA aptamer of the present invention has a high binding force and selectivity to nonylphenol ethoxylate as a target substance, and thus the reaction is completed within a short time, and structurally more stable than the antibody, It is expected that it can be usefully used as an apparatus, sensor or kit for detecting toxic rate.
