The present invention provides a flight attitude simulator for generating rotational motion data of a vehicle from an inertial navigation device; A vehicle real-time simulation module for generating translational motion data of the vehicle from a software model and controlling the flight attitude simulator; A data integration module including a time synchronization generator for compensating a deviation in generation time between data when integrating rotational motion data and translational motion data; Disclosed is a vehicle guided steering apparatus that guides and manipulates a vehicle based on integrated data, and transmits the resultant data of the guided vehicle to a software model in a vehicle real-time simulation module. According to the present invention, it overcomes the data synchronization problem that occurs during the integration of the motion data of the aircraft, and provides specific guidelines for the system configuration for the aircraft real-time simulation module and data integration module based on the complexity and fidelity.
