The present invention relates to a complex microcapsule containing a mixture of cordycepin, polysaccharide, and enzyme as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a complex microcapsule which contains enzyme such as proteolytic enzyme and polysaccharide including cordycepin and cellulose which are main components of Cordyceps militaris, and a producing method thereof. The complex microcapsule containing a mixture of cordycepin, polysaccharide, and enzyme as an active ingredient is useful since an immune boosting effect is increased in a body by delivering cordycepin, cellulose, red ginseng extract, enzyme, lactic acid bacteria, or carotenoid pigments from the harsh environment of stomach to intestines in a stable state. The present invention complements existing microcapsule formulations, stably produces a capsule of a micro size, and has an advantage of stably delivering unstable and useful substances to intestines.
