The present invention relates to cooling and heating hybrid renewable energy equipped with a permanent magnet structure during fluid pressure conversion, which can be applied to a new concept of cooling and heating system wherein an auxiliary heat source is unnecessary in any cold and gas or oil are unused. A magnet used for heater and power generator of the present invention is magnetized for polarity of the front and the rear of the magnet to be different from each other, and thus the same magnetic pole is directed outwards when configuring a rotor. Moreover, two magnetic poles are formed in layers on a side surface of the magnet to apply a repulsive force to each other. Therefore, the heater has excellent thermal efficiency and can increase a rotational force.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
