The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a complex nanomineral composition comprising biotite, tourmaline and Geumgang stone and a complex nanomineral composition manufactured thereby. The method comprises the following steps: preparing at least one mineral of biotite or tourmaline; grinding the mineral into nanoparticles respectively; primarily mixing the nanomineral for 20 to 30 hours; sintering the nanomineral over at least one step; secondarily mixing the nanomineral for 10 to 15 hours; and cooling the nanomineral over at least one step after the secondary mixing.
