The present invention relates to a construction material for dust reduction utilizing a polymer-based scattering dust reduction agent. In the present invention, a liquid-type polymer-based scattering dust reduction agent, composed of a polymer synthesized by a polycondensation reaction between an amine compound having a polyhydric alcohol group and a dihydric or higher alcohol, is high-speed mixed and spraying is applied to cement-based materials, lime-based materials, or dry cement mortars, thereby having a remarkable dust reduction effect while maintaining fluidity and compressive strength equal to or higher than physical performance of general cements and mortars. Therefore, the liquid-type polymer-based scattering dust reduction agent is useful as the construction material that requires improvement of construction environment in the filed, and specifically, it is possible to be provided as a solidified product or a dry cement mortar product of cement-based materials or lime-based materials for stabilization and solidification of soft ground.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
